Send a letter to a contact
The canonical way to write a letter to an Outlook or BCM Contact is to go to Word, start the letter, and then pick the contact from an address book inside Word. More people work in an Outlook, instead of Word, centric world, and want to start the letter from the Contact, and not work backwards.
