When the BCM Add-in gets disabled

In the Registry go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Microsoft.BusinessSolutions.eCRM.OutlookAddIn.Connect.3

and make sure that the LoadBehavior is 3. With any other value, Outlook won't load the add-in.
